Stay was nice except for Electricity that trip.
The Electricity trip in the morning. My brother in law reported and went to check in the afternoon after 2 and the flat was full of water because our fridge was off and groceries went off.

Good value for money. Friendly reception and guard house.
The external door handle was virtually off so even though I could lock the front door, it was difficult pulling it closed to lock it from the outside

Great easy spot to set up base camp and explore stellenbosch the location is fairly close to everything and it’s very quiet. Underground parking is a major help.

Good
The property is centrally located. There was no noise as previous reviews suggested. The stairs were not a problem as I was on the first floor.
I forgot a classy wine on the kitchen counter which was sealed and in a gift box that I bought at a wine estate in Franschhoek. When I called the property to arrange for a collection, I was told the cleaning staff had “thrown it away”. Yes, THROWN IT AWAY! Almost fell off my chair. Poor
